“Lovely triple room, not huge but big enough. Tea and coff3e making facilities. Lovely big bathroom and a nice shower.”

“Hotel room was shocking. Hand prints on the wall and sweat marks where peopls heads have been when laying on ths bed. Dirts was engrained into the carpet. I was considering leaving and looking for another hotel but as i was staying for one night i decided to stay. I will not stay at the rothwell hotel again unfortunately.”

“Check-in and check-out were very smooth. The room was spotless and the amenities were excellent, including the well-stocked small fridge with food and snacks. The weather was exceptionally cold during our stay, and unfortunately the small heater wasn’t quite enough to keep the room comfortably warm.”

Tastefully adapted within the constraints of it's origin - appealing to anyone who dislikes soulless modern road hotels with 24-hour road noise. Instead, open your window (You can!! Hooray!!) and listen to birdsong. Comfort, peace, undisturbed sleep between days of hassle in nearby towns. “This is a gorgeous inn in a picture-perfect English village! The only issues I have is that the room for 3 people is quite inadequate in size and furnishings. A couple of hooks to hang clothes, a footstool as the only seating, no drawers and only one folding luggage rack, meaning we had to live out of suitcases on the limited floorspace. The restaurant was fabulous even though it had a very limited and expensive menu, and other options were in nearby towns. We would go back in a heartbeat if……
