Despite of my high age ;), I like the concept of the Social Hub very much, and I now plan to visit a few more destinations in other towns. The way to our hotel room was a bit of a maze, but we took it as a challenge. Room was really large and beds very comfy.

The place is near the tram. The room is huge and there’s kitchen with microwave and water boiler and even a coffee maker. Will stay again next time in different cities. We tried the one in Amsterdam too and it was equally great!

Came for the jazz festival and the hub was a convenient and affordable option. Friendly helpful staff, decent food, close to other bars and eateries and tram stops. There was no hip hop. I just like alliteration.

The airconditioner wasn’t working well they promoot provide me an electric fan but never arrived till I checked out the room was warm terrible.Wouldn’t want to stay again .

Great location, large room and social hub.

Spacious room and very well located next to a tram stop and some places to eat opposite too. The social hub, had plenty of social areas such as a nice bar and games space. The lift was slow and lights flickering and the room itself was great condition however some attention to carpet stains and curtain stains and some minor repairs to the corner of the wall. Otherwise the room was a delight, great condition bathroom looked recently refurbished. The bed was huge. Quiet and well equipped with coffee machine, fridge, microwave, cooker, safe and a desk with plenty of shelving. The staff were welcoming and friendly throughout. Just 3 stops on tram from Rotterdam Blaak which was able to take us into Amsterdam Zuid to continue our trip but also goes to the airport. The team also went to Rotterdam central where a train to Amsterdam Central can be caught. Lots to do in Rotterdam! We loved the zoo!

We booked a deluxe studio based on the nice pictures we saw during the booking process. Unfortunately the room we received was not matching this at all. The furniture was old and broken. The room was clearly old and from the booking page it clearly looked like a double-deluxe room, but clearly not a Deluxe-Studio. We asked for a room change, but the staff insisted, that we are in the correct room, because of the size. Unfortunately I cannot add pictures here, which show the massive difference between promise and reality. For a room with the given conditions we would have book another hotel for a lower price and a better location.

I did not like that as a guest, i have to go to the laundry room in the basement to iron my clothes. Nor did i like that there was no utensils, cups or plates in the room and i had to go to the reception to collect a basket of pots, pans, dishes ect and carry up to my room. This is not what i paid for. Its ridiculous.

Ich empfehle dieses Hotel in jeder Hinsicht

Am Samstag, den 26. Juli 2025, Ich war beim Empfang.,um in mein Zimmer einzuchecken. das mir zugewiesene Zimmer lag im sechsten Stock, Seite C Ich war total verloren, da das Hotel sehr groß ist und ich mich persönlich nicht zurechtfinden konnte. Die Mitarbeiterin war so hilfsbereit und dass sie mich vollkommen verstand hat und mir ein anderes, passenderes Zimmer gab, Ihre Reaktion hat mich sehr gefreut und sie ging mit mir, um mir zu zeigen, wohin ich gehen musste. Leider kenne ich den Namen der Mitarbeiterin nicht, aber es war 14:30 Uhr. Am Samstag 26.07.2025 Die Mitarbeiterin hat lange blonde Haare. Vielen Dank für Ihr Verständnis und Ihre Hilfe.

There was nothing bad about the hotel. Everything was very reachable via bycicle, the hotel staff was pretty nice and the lobby area was filled with workspace and fun activities that also allowed connecting with new people. We definitely recommend it for younger people. Only the walls seemed to be quite thin so we could hear some of the neighbors noise

Super Hotel Konzept
