“We always stay here when we visit our family, this time we checked in late around 9pm and the room we had is a handicap room 106, the ac smells muggy moldy, the vanity sink drains very slow then to my surprise the shower tub drains super slow! In showering like 10 minutes and the water is already 5”.. this is a good hotel but this time around we got a not so good room.. 106!”

“The bathroom needed to be scrubbed up especially the corners. The toilet kept running after it was flushed so the handle had to be jiggled to stop the water. The room had a distinct unpleasant odor if the air conditioner was turned off.”

“Across the street from amazing restaurants & Gurnee mills. Six flags is also down the road. Breakfast is basic & sometimes not filled at the end of the timeframe. Both days I went close to end & minimal was offered. Stayed her two different times & the name is different on the building & sign. Kind of confusing with hotel & leasing to rent.”

“Upon arrival, the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly! He proved to be very helpful with other items throughout our stay, including helping us to switch to a new room when our air conditioning wasn't working. The hotel is certainly outdated and could use a good deep clean and updating. The view was gorgeous overlooking the river! All in all, it got us close enough to the concert (Country Thunder) without the overpriced price tag, which is what we wanted and knew we were getting.”

“The hall ways were dirty the entire stay. The same wrapper was on the floor outside our door the 3 days we were there. They didn’t clean the floor in our room before checking in. There was chips on the floor when we arrived. The vending machine was down.”
