“Meilleur service ever”

“There's no on site staff. Was a little confusing. The bathroom walls looks like marble, but its just foam board with mactac stuck on it. All bubbled and peeling so likely getting mould from the shower, but I did not see any. Also for a 2 night stay, 2 adults they only gave us 2 towels. Not the worst stay, not the best.”

“The receptionist at the front desk was very welcoming. The room was very clean and the air conditioner was very hot.”

“The floor was filthy. The couch in the room was shredded and should have been thrown in the garbage. I would not take a chance to sit on the couch because it was so disgusting. I couldn’t use the shower because it was too slippery. If I could give it less than terrible I would. The pictures on the website are totally misleading to the rooms.”

“Beautiful property and room! I stayed here on the last night of a week-long solo holiday in the Eastern Townships. I arrived on a Friday evening after the hosts were offsite and discovered that I’d booked a room on the main floor; I am a single woman travelling alone and prefer upper-floor rooms. I called the owner and explained the situation and she very kindly offered me an upstairs room at no extra charge. The bed was comfy and the toiletries were very nice. “Wow!Such a beautiful place and the host really thought of everything!The fridge had some nice items to make our stay more memorable and comes with breakfast that you can make for yourself in the morning!A lovely touch.Will definitely return when back in the area.Lovely view of the river and very quiet area to take a nice walk before supper or in the morning Thank you!”

“I had a reservation and couldn't get into the building. I tried three different doors. no one was around. I walked the hall looking for staff.... no one was there. The hall stank! I could see that this hotel was not maintained. A pool was advertised....not even open. No water, the liner is off and it is dirty. Trying to get my money back and no one will answer the phone. What a joke. NOT IMPRESSED”
