“Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property Our family really enjoyed the pool table and the layout allowed us to spread out a little when needed. The pool was a bit of a hike down a steep hill, but there is parking there so you can drive. While the space didn’t feel dirty necessarily, it didn’t feel “company clean” either (e.g: ring in the toilet and spider webs/cobb webs in corners and on the stairs). The first morning we were there, I discovered the coffee maker wasn’t working, and……

“The ancient bears den was absolutely perfect!! Our family (2 adults , 3 teens) had the best time. The decor was absolutely stunning. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. We enjoyed all of the attention to details and had a Hobbit marathon. We the property has some beautiful public spaces but there is some construction going on . The construction didn’t bother us at all. We were in town for the Smoky mountains. The Smokies are about an hour away but it’s an easy drive.……

“The bed linens were dirty, with hair and crumbs on the pillow and sheets. Luckily, we had sleeping bags and pillows. Mold was visible on the shower floor, and food debris and crumbs were scattered on the living room floor. When I lifted the edge of the carpet around the coffee table, it appeared that whoever cleaned the place had just swept everything underneath. After a long drive, trying to get comfortable was impossible—the couches were long gone, past their prime, and in need of replacement.……

“Great location, nice community pool access not too far from the cabin, great view, great privacy throughout,wish there was pool towels or beach towels for community pool or lake use, hot tub was nice and hot, smart tvs in every room was very convenient for us, felt like a very safe environment. Had great communication on the app and through phone call/message during our whole stay. Seen telescope there but could not get it to work. Our daughter loved the connect 4 game and son enjoyed the……
