“The location is close to everything yet very secluded and relaxing. We stayed for graduation weekend at Bloomsburg University and truly enjoyed out stay. The host was very responsive and the upon arriving everything was well prepared and ready for our stay. I would stay at this property again and will recommend it to others staying in the area.”

“House was exactly what we were hoping for. Plenty of room inside and out for activities. Game room downstairs was very nice with pool, darts, fooseball table, and a large tv. The outdoor space was perfect for hanging out or simply enjoying a fire, or drink on the deck. There is a trail right behind the house that you can hike up. House was super clean. The man cave lives up to its name-- we spent a good deal of the weekend playing pool, darts, and card games, used the grill, and were just a few blocks off from some great food and liquor stores. “Over all house was beautiful had everything we needed while being there. Only 25 min from famous reading outdoors has plenty of great parking for trailers will stay there again. Cons house has speakers but wasn’t working lucky we had our own radio also the heating system needs to be looked at. Thermostat being near kitchen down stairs was cold while upstairs was a sauna we end up leaving a day earlier was to hot upstairs to sleep.”

“Black Diamond Retreat was a wonderful place for a family gathering. Both indoor and outdoor areas were spacious and gave everyone room to spread out and wander. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit every evening and playing corn hole and bocci outside as well. “Hiking the Appalachian Trail and stopped for a night to shower and do laundry. Room was clean and comfortable, friendly staff. Coin laundry and they won't make change but I was helped with that by a friendly housekeeper. Bottle refill station was very nice! Breakfast was disappointing, just bagels and cold cereal but coffee was decent. Would be a 5 star with a change machine and better breakfast. ”
