“The property was in perfect walking distance of Old Quebec city. Any issues were very quickly resolved by the management and the building was kept spotless. The only negatives were it said Netflix was available but it actually wasn’t, which wasn’t an issue at all since we barely spent any time in the room, and it said there was shampoo and conditioner provided but there wasn’t, again not an issue as we brought our own regardless. “Loved our 2 bedroom apartment in Les Lofts. Modern and clean with brick features. Wish I had known there was a washer/dryer unit in the hall at no charge. Would have brought detergent tabs. Bathroom amenities were great . You should know there are a few uphill climbs to get up to Old Quebec. The lofts are at the port. Museum of Cilvisation was around the corner and had an amazing First Nations exhibit and great snack/lunch option on site. The Lofts will not disappoint.”
