"Stayed for one night on the way from the Alps to Milan. Large hotel with exceptional service, good amenities and clean modern rooms. Breakfast was ok but not on par with the rest of the experience... Staff is exceptional and very helpful."
"TERRIBLE Experience. You have to reserve for everything and they charge you EXTRA! You have to reserve to eat at their restaurant, you have to reserve to seat at the pool and you have to pay extra for using the pool. I have never seen this before. No iron in the rool and problems with the security box. At the end we decided to leave the hotel at the middle of our stay. "
"Great location, good value and friendly staff. Nice breakfast included. Parking available nearby. Would stay here again as love touring through the Aosta Valley. "
"Great location, just a two minute walk from the old town. Hotel staff was attentive. The room was okay. Carpeted floor was stained, bathroom was large with a well functioning shower. Didn't eat breakfast at the hotel so I can't comment on that. The room had a nice balcony with excellent views looking across the valley."

5/5 Excellent
"Great hotel in a good location. Clean and friendly staff."
"We were given a room with a balcony with a view of the Matterhorn. The weather we had for the three nights we were there was perfect. This hotel is within walking distance of the train station in Zermatt and all of the lifts to the mountains. We also walked to Randa one day. It was also away from the noise of the downtown area of Zermatt. The black nose sheep were in the field beside the hotel.

"What I like: Close to the main street, Zermatt station, Gornegrat Bahn, Sunnega station, near the grocery, lots of food options, breakfast included, great staff and clean rooms. What I didn’t like: construction outside and no ac. Price is average. Overall, would stay again. "
