Additionally, guests frequently gathered outside my door to smoke and talk loudly, making it difficult to relax or rest. When I approached the front desk the day before checkout to request a copy of my incidental folio, I was informed that it could not be printed. This is highly unprofessional and suggests either a lack of resources or poor management. To make matters worse, the manager, Narcisa, interrupted my conversation with the guest service representative and accused me—based solely on hearsay from housekeeping staff—of using inappropriate language and playing loud music. These claims are categorically false. I did not play music during my stay and certainly did not speak disrespectfully to anyone on staff. Furthermore, I was double-charged for a night’s stay, and my incidentals have yet to be refunded. Repeated calls to the front desk have gone unanswered.
