“The room we received didn’t look like the rooms we reserved from Expedia, it was very small and very simple!!! we felt like it was a fraud. No water in the rooms, the rooms were very far from the entrance and the dining room. We received a second floor room even though my mom is old and we asked for a closer room with no stairs and they refused. The food at the from was good. No free towels for the swimming pool or beach. Very disappointed, this is not a 4 star hotel!!!”

“If you’re not renting a car, I’d strongly recommend choosing somewhere else. The hotel is far from the train station, taxis are difficult to get (especially in the evenings), and I ended up spending so much on taxis that I could have afforded a nicer hotel in Taormina or Ortigia. There are also no convenient beaches nearby. The rooms were clean, but housekeeping starts around 8 a.m. and the doors have very poor soundproofing, so I was woken every morning by noise in the corridor. Breakfast was……

“The kitchen staff was absolutely amazing. Maître D. Franco greeted us with a smile and handshake. His cooking staff and bus staff were polite and respectful. The entertainment staff was equally friendly and polite. The front of the house staff was knowledgeable and answered every question we had. Housekeeping staff was on point. Yes we will stay here again. Yes we recommend staying here.”

“très bel hôtel en bord de mer avec sa grande piscine et sa plage privée. le panorama est somptueux et nous avons eu la chance d'observer des dauphins. Le petit déjeuner est complet et copieux. les chambres sont fonctionnelles et la literie très confortables. Le parking est fermé et sécurisé et nous avons toujours trouvé de la place pour y garer notre voiture.”
