"I have no complaints at all regarding the grounds of this hotel or the facilities available. The room was quite small and tired but adequate for a short break away. Swimming pools and grounds were lovely, can’t comment on food etc as we dined out each day after choosing the room only option. Location is fantastic, lovely beach a few minutes walk away and not to much further is the marina and a steady walk into the centre of Cala D’Or. "The unique thing about this hotel that this is a chain of hotels which are close to each other. the Inturotel Esmeralda Park has many facilities which are available to the resindents of other Inturotel hotels. It has access to the fantastic individual beach below the swimming pools cascades. A buitiful view. Huge breakfast and dining facilities are available at the Park hotel to all Inturotel visitors. "Great place for families we have young children and they were totally in love with the pools as 2 are around 25cm deep so even our 16 month old Al could stand up herself. The staff were also very friendly towards the kids not worried by food on floor etc which is inevitable. "

"As all apartment block in between Cala Dor and Portopetro. Quiet location though the rooms themselves are sometimes not quiet as noise carries from other apartments very easily! Usually ok, but when there is noise late at night this can be a disturbance. Small pool with loungers and parasols which we used many days - our daughter loved it. "The rooms are newly refurbished so very nice. The hotel is tailored for the French so all entertainment, music, children's club is in French and French themed. The staff were in the main unfriendly and food choice basic. "

"This properrty exceeded my expectations- the photos do not do it justice. We stayed in superior apartment on the top floor with a huge terrace. Fab value for money. Great location on the edge of town- away from the busy centre but a short stroll to the restaurants and gorgeous port. Loved that it was a small complex and the lovely warm welome and helpful tips from the owner."

"We had a great time in our villa which was in a group of villas slightly apart from the main hotel with our own pool. we didn't realise when booking but we could use all of the hotel amenities including all of their pools and restaurants. The villa was about a minute from the gorgeous beach and a minute in the other direction was a lovely cove for snorkelling. Beautiful place and very friendly staff everywhere in the hotel, from reception to the shops, bars and restaurants."

"It’s a 3 star no more no less. Room was clean but could have been cleaner. Food was fine - standard AI in Spain. I did feel on arrival that the woman on the desk could have smiled and been more helpful. What let’s this place down is the other guests making a noise at all times if the day and night - shouting in the echoing corridors at 3am and for what when on for hours. Also should have been dealt with by the hotel but wasn’t "

"Our room was very dated. It was clean but definitely requires an update. However, the space and service offered at the resort outweighed any disappointment with our accommodation. Lovely pools, a relaxed atmosphere, ample space for kids to run wild or couples to have peace and quiet. Low key, but spot on entertainment."

"This is a lovely apartment in a small development in Cala Figuera. Our balcony opened out straight on to the pool area - a very attractive pool. because it is a small development of less than 10 apartments this areas was never crowded, in fact most of the time we had it entirely to ourselves. Situated about 400 yards from the quayside at Cala Figuera it was accessible to but also away form the bustle of the village."
