Summary:
Amazing Gulf views from every room of this 3rd floor condo. Crescent Arms is a quiet, beach front, high rise condominium building that is ideally located for maximum fun and relaxation. Right on the beach with lounge chairs provided. We can comfortably accommodate 6 people. There are 2 double beds in one room and 1 King in the other. Our condo is on the side corner of the building with a view into the Gulf. From late fall to early spring, you can enjoy lavish sunsets right from the lanai.

The Space:
As close as you can get to the Gulf without being in the water!

Each bedroom has it's own flat-screen cable TV & ceiling fan.

The unit also features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen and dining area.

Heated pool, covered parking. All the comforts of home.

Plenty of coin-operated laundry facilities are on-site

Computer is available in the clubhouse for guests to use during office hours. A printer is provided for airline boarding pass printing.

Very impressive

Despite the recent hurricanes, the property and the island were in remarkable shape! The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed plus more. The hosts were very quick to respond to messages we sent with questions. We will definitely choose this location for our next girl’s trip to Siesta Key!

Cute condo with views of the beach

This is a sweet unit with a small kitchenette, fully equipped with the essentials. Two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with two doubles, provided very comfortable nights sleep. Three flat screen TVs were easy to operate and had sufficient channels to keep us entertained. The lanai has a good view of the ocean, which we used often. One of our favourite features was the keyless entry to the property and the unit. So much easier to use than looking for a variety of keys. Probably the best aspect of renting this unit are the caring and responsive owners. They were in touch before our arrival, during our stay, and even after our departure. No one should hesitate to rent from Pavan and Tracy.

Everything we need in the PERFECT location

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay here. The condo is well equipped right up to beach towels and umbrellas, which we were happy to have use of. Kitchen had everything we required. It was very clean and beds and furniture comfortable. One real bonus of this condo is the location. First, proximity to the beach. Further down the beach towards the village condos are set much farther back from the beach shore, so if you want to run back up to your unit, it’s very convenient here. It is also walking distance to restaurants, bars, and small grocer. Siesta Key Village is just a few min by car, we actually appreciated being in a bit quieter area. Owners were very responsive. Check in was a breeze. They are very thorough on info given to make your stay an easy one. Our first visit won’t be our last. Mid 80s, sun, sugar white beaches. Perfect! Already planning our next return.

Crescent Arms Condo

Great location on the beach! The owner provided information on things to do and restaurants which we found helpful. We would definately go back. Unit was comfortable for 2 adult couples.

Very inaccurate description of property on line. Condo needed a good cleaning. Pots and pans dirty. Oven rusty. Would never cook a meal in that kitchen.Elevator filthy and sprayed with toxic chemicals. Honestly could not wait to leave. Condo needs updating and repairs on screens. Hosts very responsive and Location was good.

The condo was very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. The screened balcony was perfect. We loved the location, steps from the beach. It was nice having chairs on the beach ready for us. I collected shells every day. The coin laundry was very convenient and two doors away. The sofa and beds could use some updating. It was very hot and humid when we stayed the second week in September, but not crowded.

Fabulous beach and location

Siesta Key beach is beautiful!!!! It is my new favorite beach!!! The soft white sand stays cool all day and the ocean was clear. This condo is right on the beach, literally steps away. The lanai spans across the three rooms with doors for each room. Made a good play area for our 3 year old when we were inside. My favorite part was the feeling of community. Waiting in line for chairs, setting up a canopy, and seeing the same friendly faces made for a great vacation.

Beautiful condo with everything we needed and more. Fully stocked kitchen with every pot, pan and bowl needed to cook. Comfortable beds and nice clean bathrooms. Big TV in the living room for all to see. EXCELLENT VACATION!

We loved the location and the condo. It was well stocked with several things that you don’t expect, i.e. beach toys, cooler, beach towels. The management at the property was very helpful. The beach was beautiful. The property is close to everything but not slammed. We will definitely stay with our hosts again!
