"The owners are lovely people, and this spot is a slice of heaven. We were there for the Eclipse but anytime is a great place to stay at this locale. A very short drive to Hot Springs and close to grocery store. I hope to visit again in the future."

kelly checked us in, she was great from the start. I think she really represent the Hilton brand very well. With covid going on, she was able to ensure a comfortable and clean stay. She saved a time slot for everyone to be able to enjoy the pool 1 family at a time. Thanks to Kelly my son enjoyed his birthday. Thanks Hilton

The hotel was very clean and rooms spacious. However I booked it specifically for the heated pool. But it was ice cold! Very disappoonting. And it was difficult finding the hotel from the highway

Everything about this hotel was great with the exception of the 11-7 employee, Robert. He took forever to check us in and asked questions he shouldn't have. The rest of the staff, Jennifer especially, were wonderful. Andy, the manager, went above and beyond. This is a very clean hotel. We will definitely stay here again. We recommend this hotel highly, just check in before 11 PM.

The splash pad was down in the pool area, but main pool was open. Room was really clean and smelt fresh. When we arrived they were mopping the bricks OUTSIDE the hotel. 10/10 breakfast, would stay here again
