“No coffee pot in the room, but you can go to the desk to ask for one but...no regular coffee pods for the machine! Go to get coffee from lobby. Can't reach the creamer, no individual ones available. No single serve milk either. We want two cups in the morning. So my elderly mother doesn't have to go downstairs twice, have to juggle two cups coffee while opening the door then go back downstairs again. No coffee pot in room. Who's idea was this??? Some of us want to have our coffee BEFORE getting……

“Okay room, good bed, good breakfast. No shampoo but two lotions. Did cleaning staff mistake one for shampoo? I got by with bath soap. It was an okay place to stays, nothing fancy but I didn't need anything more fancy for one night. Thank you.”

“Hotel is just a few months old so it still has the new car smell. Rooms are very comfy and there is even water diapensers in the ice machines and a few places in the lobby. Pool is very small. That would be my only complaint.”
