"Good location. Decent rooms"

"The breakfast was cold, what was left of it anyways. Bath tub wouldn’t drain as we took a shower. No hot water. We were given 3 towels and were told they didn’t have more when we asked. Air in room barely worked. "

"The staff made severalistakes when checking us into our room, resulting iny family being locked out of our room twice. One time at around 11pm. The person that checked me in, marked me as a no show and then somehow checked me into a room without checking me in. No card on file, and indicated in the system that I was in a different room than the one he put us in. Then late that next night we were locked out and had to wait at the front desk for 30+ mins while he redid our move in. I was charged for one night at this time. The employee complained about the person that checked me in being incompetent, but it was literally him that checked me in. Next day we came back to the hotel around 1pm to find we were locked out a second time. The women at the counter explained that they had to redo the contract because it had been messed up a second time. She reversed the one night charge and put it through for the whole 3 nights. So I am waiting for a hundred bucks to be returned to my account. A total freaking mess, adding stress and annoyance to our weekend. In addition to the employees being unable to do the task of checking us in properly, the room was not clean by any means. The floor was not vacuumed. The carpet was pulled away from the corners of the walls, there was soap on the back of the bathroom door, the room door didn't close unless you pushed it hard. The TV didn't work the entirety of the stay, and the beds were most definitely not queen sized as advertised. disappointing"

"Had to buy breakfast, and parking was two blocks away. Shower is insane either freezing or scalding. Be careful putting your face in there. Don't let the pictures deceive you, the King room I had, was NOT the king room I was looking forward to. All in all, stay was ok. It was clean and a place to rest my bones."

"The staff were helpful and friendly. Older property but housekeeping staff keep things very clean, which is appreciated. Easy parking and property close to Mayo and civic center."

"Like a lot of folks, we were there for a Mayo Clinic visit. The room was huge and the little kitchenette was so appreciated. Very modern, comfortable and clean. They even had a little happy hour one of the nights we were there. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. There’s a nice energy there. Definitely worth the stay. "

"My daughter and I stayed in a queen studio for a 3-day dance competition (only a quick 10 minute drive to the Civic Center👍) The entire complex is very clean and our room was too. We really enjoyed having a kitchen with a full sized fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, full set of CLEAN silverware, and enough well kept utensils/cookware to make a few meals together. We didn’t bring our dog along but there was even an outdoor space on our floor for pets. Because it’s also an apartment complex, no room service BUT having the Red Cow restaurant attached and a small convenience store was awesome! Parking was a breeze with the attached garage. Plenty of spaces for hotel guests. Keyless entry via ‘door’ app was very convenient as well. We’ve stayed at more expensive hotels in town with a far less pleasing experience. We will definitely be back!"
