"The layout of this house is wonderful and the location is great - only a couple of blocks from the beach, and we easily parked 3 cars in our half of the driveway. A full bathroom on each floor of the house with bedrooms on each floor is perfect for an extended family's stay. If you're staying here, just note there is not a working coffee maker, and when the host says that you need to bring your own bathroom supplies, there isn't a full roll of toilet paper in any of the bathrooms or a roll of paper towels to start with. Also, if you are staying in the winter, I would suggest reminding the host of your arrival date so they can turn on the heat before you get there. When we arrived, the code wasn't set for us, and they turned on the heat when we got ahold of them to let them know we couldn't access the house. The first night was very cold for our family on the first and third floors. The first floor bedroom was also much colder than other areas throughout our stay. "

"Jim is the absolute best! Very accommodating and attentive. His hospitality was by far the best we have experienced thus far. The house has everything you could think of from cleaning supplies, kitchen appliances, games, and so much more."

"We stayed here to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday! The owner was very responsive to any inquiries and accommodating for our stay. The location was perfect and enjoyed the layout and bedroom setups. So many shore homes have bunk beds but given we were adults only it was perfect to have 2 rooms with twins instead of bunks! There were also 2 queen bedrooms and 1 king bedroom. Upon arrival the house was clean and fridge/freezer were empty which made move in easy! "

"Another memorable stay in Sea Isle! Erin was a fantastic host and very helpful throughout the whole process. Check-in was easy, and the house received a lot of great updates since our last visit. The location is close (walking distance) to the beach and all the night life, but also far enough away for peaceful evenings overlooking the bay. Thanks!"

"Location is the best! The view is spectacular! The Condo Unit is older built probably in 70’s. Very clean. Carpet very stained. Furniture is older & definitely for an investment property. Check in was difficult since I had to go up realty office & owner forgot to tell real estate office I was coming. I had to wait. Parking spot was very small & tight between two pillars. You need a very am car. The beach & pool were wonderful. I was able to walk to restaurants & many places. "
