“We loved staying here. The description should have included rustic but that is not a negative. If you are expecting the Hilton, forget it. But if you want a comfortable place to stay with a great view and access to the water, this is it. Appliances are all new. Using the kayak was wonderful. The water is very calm. We would stay here again in a minute and are already looking at dates for next year”

“We had a wonderful trip out to Vashon Island and loved our stay at Sunset Shores! The views were beautiful morning and night. We enjoyed dinners on the deck and fires down by the water. Kids loved the attic bedroom and playing on the shoreline. Would love to come back!”

“We enjoyed going down to the beach and hiding from the rain drops under the willow tree ( in a hammock) ..walked to the lighthouse and enjoyed the park like setting of the estate. Felt like I was in a Pacific Northwest version of a Jane Austin novel . ”

“This home had everything we needed and hoped for, even amenities that are hit and miss at other places were here. The kitchen is well stocked, the owners are excellent at communicating and checking in, and having 2 tv's was nice so the kids could watch their shows and the adults could watch theirs. Cutely decorated and clean. ”

“This is our second time staying in Lauren’s darling home. The place is located in a very nice little neighborhood with a market within walking distance. “Trung offered a comfortable studio cottage in a beautiful residential neighborhood within a short drive of several of Seattle's major tourist attractions. Trung himself was a gracious host who shared valuable information about the neighborhood and the city, and he helped patiently and thoughtfully with a wi-fi issue I encountered during my stay. I would recommend his vacation rental to any traveler without hesitation.”
