“The Bull is centrally located in Bridport with all the towns facilities within easy walking distance. The hotel itsrlf was very welcoming and the staff efficient and helpful. Our room was clean and well appointed. We stayed on a bed and breakfast tariff and breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. We took advantage of the guest car park which was safe and easily reached through the hotel. Would stay again if in the local area.”

“Absolutely loved our weekend at the Dower House! Amazing location surrounded by nature, the building is so beautiful and our room was huge and had every comfort. All the things you don't find in chain hotels are here - four poster bed, comfy sofa, coffee table and chairs sat amongst a wonderful backdrop, dark and quiet at night for a great sleep. And not to forget the amazing and genuine owners, Tim and Rosemarie, and Teresa who served a great breakfast ”

Craig is very friendly, welcoming and a great host! A very clear lover of football, which my partner certainly appreciated!! “located in the small downtown Lyme Regis, easy to go to the beach, shops and restaurants it is an very old inn, very tradition english wooden building, downstair is the bar and restaurant, a bit oily smell, beware of no air-con”

“There’s a lot to love about this very special hotel. The location, atmosphere and overall set-up are genuinely unique, right in the heart of Hardy country in the village of Evershot. I did have a couple of issues with the hot water during my stay, but management dealt with them swiftly and effectively. What really makes the place stand out, though, is the staff. The attention to detail and the care they take over guests’ comfort is second to none, and it’s what turns a nice stay into a great……
