"No didnt over look the beach, cause of the burnt out flood plants are in the way. Tv is awful sorry 42 channels dont excite me. Please change them out for Roku TVs. I always get a double room for myself. I love em. I love the entire staff, they are all so wonderful. And yes Im booked already to be there again in a few months!! The town is loaded with stores and restaurants!! No chance to be bored. "

"This is a place I would not send my worst enemy. We arrived around 11 pm, & despite calling earlier to say what time we were arriving, the office was closed. We had to call someone to meet us there. The rooms were prepaid, yet we were required to fork over $90 in CASH (no other form of payment accepted) for some type of "tax" before getting our keys. The clerk told us our rooms were "around back on the second floor," but didn't tell us there were multiple buildings on the site. The four of us women (average age 71) were forced to walk around a very poorly lit parking area strewn with broken down cars, and up down several sets of steps with our luggage before we found our rooms. There were unsavory characters hanging out in the area and on the shared balconies. We did not feel safe. The poor lighting continued inside the rooms, which may have been on purpose so we'd have a hard time seeing how filthy they were. The rooms were grimy, reeked of cigarette smoke, had holes in the walls, & hair in the bathtub. One of the beds had clearly been slept in with rumpled up linens and sand in the sheets. Although there was a sink, no glasses or cups were provided. No ice was available. If we hadn't been exhausted from traveling all day we would have left. In hindsight, we should have. In the morning the office was still locked so we had no access to coffee or anything else for that matter. No swimming pool either. We left the place around 7:45 am and office was still locked. Disgusting!"
