I had a reservation for Saturday with checkout on Sunday, but when I checked in and gave them my credit card, I was mistakenly charged for another guest’s room for an entire week. Although I eventually received a full refund, the experience was extremely disappointing. Because of everything that happened, I would never stay there again.”

“The room would not get cool. The thermostat was on 66 and it ran all night. I slept under a sheet only so I did not sweat. I had to request new bedding because a long black HAIR was under the sheets. Bed in a bag was the wrong size, they brought additional bedding which did not include pillow cases. ”

“Resolve problem that we needed a last minute place to stay on labor day weekend we just needed a place to sleep.rooms where a little stuffy smell like humidity...and very outdated ac and linens etc. If you're not too picky , you ll survive”
