Beautiful Custom Home Steps Away From Red Rock Trails With A Relaxing Hot Tub!

Welcome to your home base for all that Sedona has to offer! Our newer custom home will provide you and your family with a comfortable and quiet stay among the red rocks in the perfect location of West Sedona. We keep our home stocked with all of the necessities/amenities needed for your stay including a 50 amp EV charging plug and a Keurig coffee station. Our home features a split floor plan with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A cozy fireplace is available along with games, puzzles, a Nintendo Classic, and two new smart TV's with cable and a Netflix subscription. A dedicated workstation and high speed internet is also available. The lush backyard is very quiet and offers red rock views, seating for eight, a grill, propane fire pit, and a hot tub. Our home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of parking on the extended driveway or two car garage. Our home has one video camera showing the front yard/driveway only. Family Adventure

The house is awesome and in a fantastic location just down the street from the Sugarloaf trailhead and short drive to restaurants and grocery store. Fully stocked kitchen, 3 good sized bedrooms and very comfortable living room area. Great outdoor backyard area with a large hot tub. Owners are great and highly recommend this house.

We loved this beautiful home! The owner was very easy to communicate with and the home was very well stocked with everything you need to feel like you are at home away from home. The location was perfect, too. The Sugarloaf Trailhead is right behind the home and was one of our favorite hikes. I definitely recommend!

Loved this place!

Loved everything about it, very comfortable and the location couldn’t have been better. There was enough space for the five of us to spread out. Sugarloaf trail head 5 min walk from the house. Grocery store right down the street and lots of great hiking in the area. Loved the hot tub too.

Perfect House for Family Gathering

In a neighborhood that’s quiet but still close to everything. The layout is perfect for a group to gather and hangout together. Plus room and equipment for cornhole in the backyard and a jacuzzi to top it off. The only weird surprise was the javelinas roaming the area after dusk.

This house is so adorable! It's clean, well decorated, kitchen has everything, back yard is relaxing, and extremely quiet! The location is perfect for day trips, going hiking, and close to downton shops! Chris was responded quickly. I highly recommend ataying here!

Great home - immaculately clean and thoughtfully furnished located in a quiet neighborhood, with beautiful views and easy access to trails. We saw a squadron of javelinas one night and the aurora borealis two nights later. If I return to Sedona, I hope to stay here again!

We felt immediately at home here traveling with two kids and grandpa. Nearly anything you could think of was well stocked, from coffee to cold or frozen waters for hiking. When we make it out to Sedona again, we hope this house is available.
