Perfect, even better than pictured!

This was one of the best house rentals we have experienced. The house was well-equipped, spacious, and in a great location. The backyard was lovely, with such wonderful views from it! Trails were very easy to access. All this at a more affordable price than a lot of Sedona properties. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay 10-12 May 2024.

Perfect rental

This is the perfect rental for a family staying in Sedona. The home is very spacious and comfortable, views are amazing, location is convenient to grocery, dining and local attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location-Perfect Hosts!

The location of this property is fantastic. Super close to incredible hiking trails, close to grocery shopping and incredibly quiet. The hosts were amazing and were prompt to respond our questions. Really beautifully appointed home and SPOTLESS. Our family had to best time!

Gorgeous views

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this property is and how great of a host Sandy is! The red rock views are incredible and the hiking access is unparalleled. I love the sunny and spacious rooms and the inviting outdoor space. We can’t wait to come back!

Fabulous rental house!

The house was spotless, spacious, in a nice quiet W. Sedona neighborhood and the views were breathtaking!! Host was quick to respond to questions. This was my first trip to Sedona. I sure hope to go back some day and stay in this beautiful home again.

Aamzing location and views!

If I come back to Sedona, I'd stay here again! Property is conveniently located to excellent hiking, shops and restaurants. The outdoor view is Amazing! The house is beautiful and spacious. It has everything you need to BBQ or cook a meal. Sandy was even kind enough to leave a crockpot for me so I could cook a Sunday Roast. Neighborhood is safe, walkable and within walking distance of many trailheads.A few places I would recommend: Golden Goose Restaurant, Sedonuts, Hideaway Pizza- all YUM! Don't hesitate to stay here!

Beautiful neighborhood, spacious house with comfortable beds. It has EVERYTHING you would need! We stay at a lot of airbnbs and Vrbos, this house by far is the best stocked. Ziploc bags, foil, coffee, full size name brand shampoo and conditioner… it was a wonderful stay, thank you for your thoughtfulness.

Stunningly Beautiful Property

This property was ideal for our needs--beautifully laid out and decorated home, well-stocked kitchen, outdoor lounge, cooking and dining space, and breathtaking views of Sugarloaf. We particularly appreciated being able to walk 3 blocks to a nice trail head, and not have to deal with the parking or shuttle hassles at so many Sedona trails this busy week. Communication with the host was outstanding. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Location was ideal- 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk to a grocery store, coffeeshop and brewery. Highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

Most amazing house in Sedona! Access the trails with ease

This is our second time staying here and have absolutely loved both stays. Huge CLEAN house with all the amenities you need. Sandy also stocks so many extras that not much else is needed. Comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms. Access to trails right in your backyard and your own little piece of heaven on Sugarloaf MTN. Watch the sunset and enjoy gorgeous mornings. Patio is so amazing too! Local restaurants and grocery just minutes away and you can avoid a lot of the crazy traffic!

Great location, beautiful scenery all around the property

Little disappointed in the spiders and webs inside and out side house. The house layout was perfect for six people. Would op for a queen or two twin bed in 3rd bedroom instead of bunks. Kitchen was well stocked for our use. Could use a larger tv for such a large room furniture was comfortable. Enjoyed our get away.

LOCATION IS WONDERFUL, CLEAN HOUSE, VERY QUIET, BEAUTIFUL VIEW...MY ONLY NOTE WOULD BE THAT YOU NEED TO BE OK WITH AN AIRBED IN THE MASTER IF YOU ARE NOT USED TO IT... IT IS VERY LOUD GETTING IN AND OUT....OTHERWISE WONDERFUL!!

This property was spot on! Fully stocked with daily essentials and close to all major areas of interests. Our family could not have been happier with staying here. What a wonderful, well-appointed house in Sedona. A big house with plenty of room to spread out.Loved the coffee supply, creamers, and tea. Every kitchen gadget, utensil, and pan you may need.The scenery was fantastic and the stars at night to view were amazing.

Home is beautiful and very spacious. The photos on VRBO don't do this place justice. Absolutely great view of the Coffeepot and Sugarloaf and walking distance from the trailhead. We loved sitting on the patio admiring the view with our morning coffee or a glass of wine after an exciting day in and around Sedona. We even saw a bobcat coming to look what we were grilling. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. Beds are also very comfortable. We loved it so much we extended our stay for another day and wished we could have stayed longer.

Excellent Home in Sedona

This is a beautiful home and property. The hosts were quick to respond to questions. The beds were comfortable. Furnishings in the home were updated and very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied and laundry facilities were available in the home. The view was amazing from the back porch which had a gas grill, table and chairs.I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Sedona area.

Spectacular!

The home was immaculate and had everything you could want for a fabulous stay. We enjoyed playing the family games that were available for entertainment. The view is breathtaking and hiking is outside the door. Beds were superb and we enjoyed the bbq! Would come back in a second. Thank you!

Absolutely Beautiful

This home has beautiful views of the mountains and is very close to hiking trails.The kitchen had everything we needed including a keurig which was super helpful in the morning. The home is immaculate and comfortable. They even furnish 2 mini backpacks for hiking, which came in handy on our hikes. Check-in was flawless and communication was perfect. A truly wonderful trip to Sedona.

Sedona Trip

Our family had an amazing time during our visit to Arizona. The house was beautiful and would 100% recommend this property. The views were amazing and we spent quite some time just lounging on the back patio and admiring the mountains. Our host was great and made sure we had a pack n play available for our grandson. A definite 10 out of 10!
