Nepenthe condo
Overall we enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was light, bright, and spacious enough for our needs and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood of Sedona. The kitchen was well appointed and beds were comfortable. Living room was pleasant but could have used brighter lighting for reading. We enjoyed sunsets from the patio and space in the dining and living rooms to eat family dinners, play games and do puzzles. Being able to enjoy a hot tub was a bonus which we made use of several times, especially after hikes.
Our only complaint was that this place was not thoroughly or carefully cleaned before our arrival, with dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, hairs in the sink and tub, and stained and/or ripped towels put out for our use. The refrigerator was not cleaned well either, with old food left and shelves and drawers not really clean. Other than the cleaning issues we found upon our arrival, it was a lovely place to stay. The owner was receptive to our concerns and offered to address them with her housekeeper. We did not deal with a property manager at all.
