Relax and enjoy our cabin in the desert a vintage home in an original locals' neighborhood of West Sedona. Our house is conveniently located 1 block from the Sugar Loaf/Teacup Trailhead where there are single track hiking and mountain biking trails, and Sugar Loaf mountain. it's nice being 1 block away from the trail head because you're not next to the busy parking area but can easily walk there in 2 minutes. Also, it's just a few blocks from 89A, where you'll find grocery stores, restaurants, movie theater, art galleries...easy to get to without the traffic and hectic roundabouts! We have spacious parking and a covered carport. The house is extensively stocked with just about everything you need...a home away from home! Too many amenities to list.
The space:
There's something very special about drinking coffee, soaking up the morning sun, listening to birds, and getting out the maps to plan your day's fun! You can do this every morning on our back deck. The only thing better is coming home and enjoying drinks on the deck reminiscing about the fun you had. There's a unique energetic fun vortex that surrounds our home. Come share a true Sedona experience and feel the energy!

The entire main floor of the house and outside areas are yours for enjoying. The master bedroom is oversized with a desk area, king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and door to the deck. There are 2 queen rooms and a room with 2 twins. There is a shared bathroom between one of the queen rooms and the twin room as well. There is a separate studio apartment located in the basement. It has its own parking, entrance and outdoor area. This is available for rent if your number of guests exceeds 8 or you would like a little more space. It has its own kitchen, bathroom, 1 queen bed, and 1 pull out queen sofa sleeper. This space allows for groups of up to 11. It is also short term rented separately from the main house. Other things to note:
Our house is in a locals neighborhood, where everyone is full-time residents, that are primarily retired. In efforts to respect our neighbors, we limit the number of cars to 3 and only parking in the upper driveway (no street parking). We also ask that you keep music and sound voices down while outside at all times. Children must be supervised when playing outside, and behave in a respectful way to our neighbors.
Pets must be pre-approved by the owner. There is a $195 pet fee per dog that is collected upon check in. Please let Sarah know at the time of booking if you will be bringing a dog (s). Thanks!
There is an apartment in the lower part of the house. The apartment is self-contained and doesn't overlap with the main house. It has its own private entrance and outdoor areas. If you are interested in booking the apartment for your group or would like to confirm if the apartment is already rented, please contact the host before booking. If the apartment is rented, please leave room in the lower driveway for them to park and access the walkway.
