“The positives: Clean bed, linens and overall general upkeep was good. The negatives: Some standard items that I would have expected were missing. There was no full length mirror in the room to double check your outfit before heading out. I also didn't an ironing board or iron but this might be available at the front desk, I didn't ask as I didn't need it. There was no coffee maker or kettle in the room. 2 bottles of water were provided and a mini fridge. The staff mentioned there was a Tims……

“Bala is the bomb. Close to the Kee for a fun show night out. Includes the beer spa too and fro. The rooms are super basic - a comfy crash pad. The staff are all cool and the vibe is chill. Will be back.”

“The building and the room were very nice. Breakfast was good. I barely slept. The AC unit was noisy as an old car without a muffler. Knowing that the solution was a change of room, I wasn't in the mood of dressing again and repack, so I didn't complaint to the house desk until we checked out, and, of course, their answer was that I should have complained that night. My point was that they shouldn't have given us a room with a know issue like that in the first place.”

“The front desk staff were as helpful as possible, but the manager was unfriendly and unaccommodating. Not only was she rude to hotel guests, she was rude to her staff. It was extremely uncomfortable to witness her patronizing the staff in front of a crowded lobby. The front desk staff would try to help and she would undermine what they were trying to do, which was pretty poor customer service. The room wasn't terrible for the price, it could've been cleaner and it would've benefitted from being……

“I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.”

“雖然房間係比較舊，毛巾偏黃，整體尚算整潔。床褥偏軟，環境寧靜，有泳池，池水溫度很暖，有早餐，不過味道一般。但總算應有的都有。性價比頗高。沒有投訴。 備注：停車場有個頗大的凹陷洞，需要多加留意。”

“Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.”
