“Perfectly comfortable, clean and convenient. Breakfast was adequate. Our only complaint is there is no elevator. Stairs are harder with heavy bags. That was surprising! If this is a problem for you, be sure to request a 1st floor room.”

“Slept well Decent budget hotel”

“Good stay overall - quiet, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. It was clean, peaceful, and made for a productive trip. We would stay again if the need arrives.”

“Excellent place to stay! The house was clean, big, and well decorated. The pool was bigger than I expected and very clean. The grounds and gardens were lovely and peaceful. The hosts were kind, welcoming, and responsive without being overbearing. I recommend this house!”

“We traveled 4 hrs to Seward for a wedding and had clothes that needed to be pressed when we arrived. Property description listed and ironing board and iron, so I didn't bring one from home. When we arrived,I went straight to looking for it. Asked the host and he said those items were listed in error. Im thinking, if you knew that, why didnt you correct the listing? That was a really big deal to me. Host apologized, but thats it.”

“I recently spent a week at The Eden in Lincoln, NE, and it was nothing short of magical. This calm, country-modern cottage provided the perfect setting for a meditative retreat and a visit with a dear friend. From the moment I arrived, I felt the stress melt away. I was greeted by the sweetest cats, who snuggled up to me as I sat on the cozy bench outside, soaking in the peace and quiet. The solitude and serene atmosphere were exactly what I needed to reconnect with myself, and I haven’t felt……

“This place is absolutely beautiful, both inside and out! Everything was very clean, and they provided so many thoughtful extras, including blankets, a game cabinet, and a well-stocked kitchen with coffee, dishes, and more. The location in Lincoln was perfect, with shopping, ice cream, and great restaurants all within walking distance. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place. We hope to stay here again!”

“Such a beautiful, clean house with plenty of beds for our family of 5 pets! Everything was perfect, and the neighborhood was quiet and comfortable. Love the yard, and even the trees and wild grasses that bump up against the property add to the charm. I would definitely stay again!”

“We rented Brenton’s place for a bit of a family reunion. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Lots of great outdoor space. And secluded enough that we didn’t have to worry about our noise levels. We also rented two RV’s and it worked out perfectly fitting in the driveway. Was close to the lake, clean, and communication was great. Brenton was super accommodating and flexible. We hope to be back.”

“Our family had a great time. We had 5 adults and 5 kids. There was room for everyone! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The house was also easy to get to the highway. The owners had great communication with us.”

“We loved being able to have meals on the deck - the back yard is very private. The neighborhood is very walkable and close to grocery and a couple restaurants and the best ice cream shop in Lincoln. The house is spacious to be able to spread out and the kitchen is well stocked. We would love the opportunity to stay again. Our host was very responsive”

“Such a great place & the host is the BEST at answering any questions. Highly recommend!!”
