Check in was great and all of the staff were super friendly. Probably in need of a little upgrade in some parts. The food was varied but definitely catered for more Eastern European visitors. It’s missing some kind of snack bar as there were periods in the day where we could have had a little snack. Found some of the AI misleading. Particularly the Italian where the menu is set and if you want anything different you pay extra. Same can be said in bar area too. Slightly disappointed to be charged an extortionate amount for a taxi from the hotel to Naama Bay. My advice, get one of the many taxis that are right outside the gate and pay 150 and not the 750 the hotel charge. Overall, staff make is amazing and it’s super clean and tidy. Needs a little rethink in terms of charging extra. Thanks for the memories.
