“Min vistelse på hotellet var överlag genomsnittlig men lutade mot det negativa. Rummet var inte ordentligt städat – vi hittade skräp, toaletten och spegeln var smutsiga, och det fanns en obehaglig lukt av fukt. Personalen var inkonsekvent; många gav bättre service bara vid dricks, och receptionen var inte alltid ärlig.
