“Very nice owners. Very accommodating. My only complaint is the power went off in the night and it was hot! Didn’t sleep much. Otherwise convenient to the airport and good parking.”

“I have written a complaint to this property, asking to (1) be put in contact with its owners and (2) ask for a refund - as it is NOT in the state that is being promoted at all... with no luck of decent/acceptable feedback or engagement or response to my requests, basically NO engagement or cooperation at all. I had to leave this property within less than 2 hours of arriving, as I did not feel comfortable to stay there. Of course, this property also does not offer any stay with a refundable……

The standout for us was the team; the staff were incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely caring throughout our stay, which made a big difference. The amenities across the resort are exceptional. The “Valley of the Pools” and “Bushbuck Club”……
