“Cool room and great restaurants in hotel. Nice outdoor area. Gym is used for PT sessions at the busiest times so not ideal for hotel guests to use. The sockets in the room and some of the fixings in need of repair and tired. Bed too firm and the room was too dark overall”

“Beautiful location and property very nice but can't believe there is no lift / elevator in the building. Disappointing breakfast offering. Two breakfast buffet offerings advertised, continental £12.95 and hot £16.95 but on the first day there was no hot buffet. Hot food was ordered a la carte from the kitchen (plated) and price remained £16.95 regardless of what was ordered. Surely pricing should have been adjusted. Overall a very pleasant stay but if you're a senior or someone with disabilities……

“It's a good place, clean, basic breakfast. No lifts so we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs.”

Bank Holiday weekend booked fora spa weekend and the salon was shut the entire time of our stay. Disappointing. “Very disappointing overall. Upon arrival, the receptionist couldn’t find our booking because it had been accidentally deleted by the reservation team. Thankfully, a helpful manager eventually provided us with a room. The room itself was quite small, with tiny beds and a poor layout. The bathroom had a large, unused empty space, while the main room barely had enough space to place luggage on the floor. There was no fridge, and the decoration was very basic and uninspiring. “沙发床太单薄了，还好是孩子睡。淋浴头接口漏水。沐浴液瓶都是散开的，没有洗手液。赶上英国假期，人太多，餐厅爆满，没啥服务。外部环境还不错，离温莎城堡也比较近。”
