Excellent place close to the beach

We wanted to wake up and immediately go for a swim. This place was perfect. We had an issue and the owner was extremely responsive. Would definitely come again. Thank you all so much.

Siesta Fiesta!

Small but cosy, clean and conveniently located across from the beach, leave the car behind just cross the street and relieve the stress!

Siesta Key

While this is a small apartment, it had everything needed for our 2 week stay. The area was quiet and neighboring renters were friendly. The washer/dryer were convenient. Bed and furniture were comfortable. The best part is the closeness to the beach; right across the street. Close to the village, and the accessibility of the free Siesta Key Trolley made getting around easy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You can't beat the location of this rental. Its Directly across the street from the beach and a short walk to town. The rental needs a little elbow grease for cleaning, and could stand some new sheets, towels, & pillows. This is a small complex of just 4 units so you'll definitely get to know your neighbors... whether you'd like to or not:) Overall its a great little space. Perfect for one or two people!

Fell in love with Siesta Key

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Where do we even begin? We have never been to Siesta Key before and booked this place for our 10 year wedding anniversary! It is the perfect little place. It had beach chairs, towels, and a cooler. The place was very clean and welcoming. I read reviews about the couch and didn’t think it was bad at all. The place is right across the road from a beach access and perfect spot for walking to the local restaurants and shops. We sometimes would walk or sometimes catch the free shuttle. We will def be renting this place again and even looking into the other properties owned by the same people. Thanks again for everything!!

Not easy to find

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property is tucked behind another building with a very small parking are. Very difficult to get in and out. We did not stay because it was tiny, dated and uncomfortable. Can not see the beach from the unit. At the listed price it would seem like a bargain but so many hidden fees and extra charges that the cost turns out to be much more than the rate advertised. Left and found a hotel instead.

Great location, needs some updates in the property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed in Manya VRBO homes and this one I was excited about, code to the beach , affordable price. Seems like perfect combination. Place was clean and easy to access. My main issue was AC wall unit which was extremely loud and the cold air never made it to other side of the studio where the bedroom was. So it was very hot and humid where the bed was located. So next I tried to sleep on the pull out sofa, bad decision, you might be better off sleeping on the floor than that sofa where you can feel every spring and every wire. So I barely got any sleep in this place and that was exhausting. I won't be back and till they make changes to beds and sleeping situation, I wouldn't recommend this place either.

As expected with Highs and Lows

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First about the "location" It is Excellent, A Quick access to beach was lovely -- The linens and towels were very well stocked as was the kitchen and beach chairs etc. Having plenty of sheets towels and such is super nice when staying a week with no in unit laundry! The size is as expected, (small) but functional for a two people. I think the cleaning people did about as good as possible cleaning the unit --- There remains the fact that some things are just too old and used to make presentable or functional. We knew others had complained about the sofa and so we brought an extra couple sheets to cover it and that worked fine for our stay. The shower is a plastic/fiberglass stall type that has been "resurfaced" at least once and is past being able to clean and make it look presentable. We just tried to not look too closely as week showered... The A/C issue mentioned in other reveiws is a "ditto" here. Sooo loud and cold when on it is hard to be in the "living room" Impossible to watch TV when on due to volume issue of A/C yet if you turn off then after about 30-45 minutes the unit is heating up --- We set the small fan up outside the bathroom to circulate the cool air into the back bedroom area and that worked great for a comfortable nights sleep when we left A/C on all night --- THe sound isn't as much an issue when sleeping on the comfortable bed as long as your a light sleeper. --- Overall I would be iffy to stay here again or recommend it but if I saw the shower and A/C issues were resolved then I'd consider it as it is a very reasonable pricing for this location. -- Wi-Fi was fine as was the TV programming selection. Management responded promptly and professionally to any questions!

Property as described

Just as described. Right across from public beach access. 20 minute walk to food but a quick 3 min uber ride. Check in was okay, just a few communication issues with early check in. We paid extra to check in @3, arrived around 2-230 and messaged property manager on the way to the room from the airport asking if we could get in before 3pm, so we are not waiting outside with all our luggage. Manager replied as we are pulling in driveway and unloading bags to wait for them to confirm property is ready. We did take it upon ourselves to try the code given in email to enter property, it was 230 by this time. Room was clean and emptied so we started unpacking. Manager showed up minutes after we walked in and noted us already in room, opps! This was fault on our part by not waiting the extra 30 minutes but it was 90 and didnt think 30 minutes was a huge deal. Manager was understandably surprised but okay with us being there. Great stay. We would recommend this spot to anyone wanting a quick affordable get away.

It was wonderfully renovated after storm damage and in excellent spot to enjoy the beach! Only two days wish we had more time.

Right for the price

This studio is in a great location right across the street from the beautiful beach. Parking is very tight if all rooms are occupied. The room itself is tight as well, but did it's job for the price. The bathroom is very small. I am not sure how a larger person can sit on the toilet. We did find mold on the shower curtain as there is no bathroom air vent. We also found a roach near the front door going to a bait trap. The room was clean when we arrived, but had a mildew smell. I suggest using the dehumidifier provided. The couch is well worn and had stains. The bed was okay for the three nights we were there. The mold was the biggest issue for me as I have chronic health conditions. I suggest adding a bathroom fan and a full length mirror. The room next door looked more appealing and larger. I would return if these things were done and all other rooms were full. Thank you.

Cute little cottage for two

This cute little cottage was perfect for my husband and I to stay in for two weeks. It is right across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. You are less than a mile from the Village. It had everything we needed to cook a few meals wirh. We would definitely stay here again.

A few issues but overall ok

This property has a great location. However the amenities are lacking. They only supplied one roll of toilet paper for a 5 day stay. We ran out on night 4 but couldn’t get in contact with the manager because they only are in from 9-6 daily. Most of the beach chairs were broken. The bathroom had no fan so the only small mirror in the place was usually foggy and our towels were damp most of the time. In addition, the dishes are hand wash only (no dishwasher or garbage disposal) and they supplied an old ragged sponge for our use. Most of the pots/pans are sterling silver but no cooking spray was provided. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable as well. Our stay would have been great if a bit more thought would have been put into the space.

I would definitely like to come back to this property. I am curious.as to what the weekly of monthy rates would be. Great location as I am a beach lover. It's close to the village. Not too many negatives. If I brought by laptop with I could have used the T. V. I could not get network stations. The leg room for the toilet is limited.if you are a tall person. As I am an electrician, I would put in a dimmer switch for living room light. I like this place.

Cozy!

This place was as described, cozy, and so close to the beach! We walked to the 3-5 minutes to the beach so the proximity was great! Small space but cozy enough for the 3 people we had! Check in/out was super easy.
