This condo has all the amenities of home, after being completely gutted with a redesigned open concept kitchen with quality custom cabinets and Silestone countertops .This unit has a master bedroom with king size Sleep Number, private secure FIOS Internet connection and built-in computer workstation area in the guest bedroom. The bathrooms have been enlarged to maximum space, and quality built-ins have been installed. It is equipped with its own washer and dryer for your convenience. You are just a short walk down the walkway to the #1 rated Siesta Key Beach to watch the most beautiful sunsets. The on-site management - rental office will take care of your needs during your visit. Swim in any of the 3 heated sparkling pools on the grounds. Feel free to use the BBQ grills, one beach side and the other near the shuffleboard court and community patio. This unit has a 7 night minimum rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.

This was one of two properties I rented at Jamaica Royale for my family. The other was T34 in the tan tower. This villa was beautiful and all brand new. My daughter, husband, my grandson and my son and his girlfriend stayed here. Everything was perfect!

Jamaica Royale 107

Loved the location and condo layout. It was a long walk to the beach. There were three pools which we enjoyed. The condo needed several repairs for those staying after us. Disappointed in the condition of the condo.
