“The hotel was really beautiful. Our only complaint would be that the rooms did not have smart TV’s so we could not stream our desired platform at night. The cable tv with commercials was terrible. One night we brought back some dessert and wanted a cup of coffee from the downstairs bar to go with it. The bartender said it was a “health code violation” to have it in the bar. However we could 20ft away in the lobby… and there were dogs everywhere that were not considered a “health code……

“My husband & I were pleasantly surprised with this friendly and helpful hotel. The staff was efficient and able to help with any questions we had. We arrived on the last day of Ironman, with bicycles taking precedence over people… it was all handled beautifully. We totally enjoyed the made-to-order breakfast menu, with a shoutout to Katie, who absolutely goes overboard to make sure everyone gets what they want! She is a gem!! Also, we spent time at the lobby bar after a day out… and Lindsey……

“Staff is friendly and the location is great. I have stayed multiple times within the past year. This time my AC wasn't working in my room nor did the TV work. It was too late at night to call maintenance. The morning manager was kind, but offered nothing than to have it fixed before my next visit. Not sure if I'll return.”

“There was a pool at the rooftop bar that was only about 2 feet deep 10 feet long. There was no microwave in the rooms and there was no coffee pot in the rooms. You had to get dressed and go down to a coffee shop in the lobby and pay to get a cup of coffee. No water or nothing available in the empty fridge. For $258 a night, I expected a little more. Was close to downtown and everything was walkable which was a plus. Can only do their valet parking there which you need because there's not hardly……

“It was okay overall, but definitely not great. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and some of them appeared dirty, with yellow and even blood stains. The room also had a noticeable smell, almost like a damp or unchanged air filter. The hallway carpets looked like they had not been cleaned in years, which made the hotel feel poorly maintained. On the positive side, the pool was clean, and I appreciated that. The area itself seemed relatively safe, but there were quite a few homeless……

“Always pure pleasure to stay at this property- perfectly located in Chattanooga- for us especially this trip as we attended opening at the Hunter Museum - staff, service, room cleanliness exceptional! No need to explore options.”

“Not sure why we have to pay for parking when it’s not downtown or a garage but overall great stay. Very helpful staff !”

“Decent for a quick stay”

“Perfect place to stay for a two night stay. Small but efficient. A slight make up stain on the quilt was left behind so we gave a 4 instead of 5 of cleanliness.”

“Bar was well stocked, but they were under. Renovation and a lot of the construction material was stored in the parking lot. But they had accommodations for parking at other lots”
