“Our stay was amazing! The house was super clean. Whenever we needed to get in touch with the host it was super easy! I definetly want to come back! ”

“The place is nice with scenic views and walkability to nearby establishments. Most of the check in instructions were accurate. However, there are some negatives here I wish I had known about. First, the trains. There are tracks extremely nearby. The trains come regularly, including throughout the nights. They woke us constantly. Second, the walls are paper thin. I finally sought assistance with noise next door after midnight and was not satisfied with the response. The host said she came……

“We were not able to stay at our reserved place. The host called us the day before and told us that the heat went out in the property we had reserved, and could not be fixed in time. However, the host owns other properties in Birmingham, and so gave us other options. We were satisfied with the replacement. The host gave us a refund on the price difference.Consequently, this five star rating is for the customer service, not for the property listed, since I cannot comment on that.”

“The host was polite and responsive, and the unit is located close to downtown. I appreciated having a washer and dryer. However, there were several things that needed to be replaced or repaired. The tv in the living room didn’t work (I even bought new batteries for the remote), the knob in the shower was very loose, making it difficult to turn the water on and off, and the coffee maker needed to to cleaned and descaled before it could be used. I told the host about the issues. She apologized,……
