Had to ask for it the receptionist. TV is working but again had to ask for help to start watching it because it was not tuned properly.”

“My family and I arrived at this hotel at 1am and our experience was extremely disappointing. The room was disgusting the floors were filthy, there were dead bugs throughout the room, and the smell was horrible. The blanket also appeared dirty, very unsanitary. On top of that, the air conditioner was not working properly and sounded like a tractor when running. We checked out of the room by 8am the same morning because we simply could not stay any longer.
