“Very clean, new, and sparkling apartment! Our host thought of everything! Even a dishwasher! We didnt need an extra heater as the apt. Was toasty warm and dry. Clean white towels, soap, shampoo and body wash all supplied. ”

“There is a garage but it had a snowbank plowed in front of it so we could not park in it. There is no hot tub or smart tv as listed. The tv wouldnt even turn on i went and bought an extension cord because nothing in the plug in was working, turned out the plug had no power. Pots and pans are in bad shape. Only had 2 towels for our group. I did message the property and asked about getting additional towels and about the tv but got no response. There was old dried up flowers in vases we had to……

However, a sure sign we were headed into trouble was the multiple forms we had to sign that there were no refunds and the weird reasons they would not give a refund. We walked into the place and immediately noticed a line of ants over the wall. The lights in both bedrooms didn't work and had to be replaced and the fridge door handle was broken off. “This was a decent rental for the money. The sofa is almost not usable - you can see the lumps and feel the springs under the slip cover. The listing wasn’t clear there would be people in the basement. You could hear them sometimes through the vents. But the unit was very clean and suited our purposes. ”

“Basic cottage. We appreciated air conditioning and view. Exterior chairs where all broken, had to wash dishes, dirty floors. BBQ had no grill so took neighbors, was rusty and very dirty. Can not swim as mentioned. Only for fishing. There is a beach at a waking distance but not nice to swim in, small and weeds. Good place to fish if this is your intention. Fast response when communicating. Will ask you to sign a discharge right at the beginning which is not a good sign. Can’t get refund. Not as……
