“This hotel is badly in need of maintenance and perhaps new management. The stairway carpets looked as though they had not been cleaned for weeks and must have been over 10 years old. Breakfast was in a room by the lobby and did not vary for the almost 4 weeks we were there. “This is the second Springhill Suites by Marriott we've stayed at (the first being in Verde Valley in July 2025). Absolutely cookie-cutter replica, and we loved it. Tons of room in the 2 bed queen + sofa bed, close to multiple restaurants, and staff was very kind.”

“My husband and I spent 9 days at the hotel. Our stay there was very pleasant. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the hotel seemed brand new with all of the ammenties you would need. The pool and the hot tub were amazing. Free breakfast daily included in the cost of your stay. We want to give a huge shout out to John for all of the help and information he gave to us while we were there in Tuscan. From local restaurants and things to see. “The room was Dirty , stains on the sheets. Mold in the restroom. Dust in the crevices, blinds , desk. The toilet has stains was not cleaned . The carpet was filthy. I don’t like to ever give bad reviews but I had to leave. I was not going to put my children in the room. Staff was ok.”
