“We have stayed at numerous Marriott hotels around the world but this by far is the worst, incompetent staff {Gabriel and Amy} took 25 minutes to check us in, we go to our room to find a total mess as the previous guests haven't checked out yet, went back to the lobby and it took them another 25 minutes to get us a different room and blamed the system for it with an attitude and not one single word of apology, they lacked basic skills to be a hotel receptionist, the hotel is below average, the……
