It is an older, clean building, somewhat close to the tourist places but probably further out than most. We definitely walked more than we expected.
A couple of aggravating incidents
They mentioned on the website they had laundry service. I called desk to ask about it, and they brought up some antiquated list of item cleaning and drycleaning. We went to parking P1 to get car and go to laundry mat and noticed a coin washer and dryer down there, so went to desk and ask about it and of course it is there for guests to use. Never would have known if we weren't on P1 level. Oh, and we noticed maybe a gym down there?? There was nothing in rooms to tell us anything about the hotel at all, so again would never have known.
An alarm was going off on our 7th floor, in a different room. Tried calling desk for several minutes and no one would answer. Just kept putting us on hold. Someone finally went down there so they would come and stop it.
Never tried the restaurant as we had one vegan person and nothing on menu would work even if modified
