"The Nobu is a great hotel. From the fresh hot towel and tea upon arrival to the courtesy Porsche rides within a 3 mile radius, it’s designed for guests satisfaction. It’s pricey but it’s a place I want to come back to. We had one little issue while staying there and the management went above and beyond to correct as well as compensate for the situation. This meant everything to me as most hotels won’t even have the decency to acknowledge when something is wrong or one of their team members is being unprofessional etc. I definitely recommend them and would certainly stay there again. "Booked this hotel for a trip to see a game at Mercedes Benz—based on several of the reviews I read after booking I was expecting the hotel to be dilapidated and in a bad area. My experience was anything but. First off, the hotel is an excellent location downtown, with plenty of security/lighting/hotel employees in front of the entrance at all hours. Is the surrounding area of the hotel a place I’d spend loitering alone for hours at 2am? Probably not. But I’m not in Atlanta to loiter the streets of Downtown at 2am, I’m in town for a sporting event. At no point did any aspect of walking to and from the hotel during the trip, including at midnight, feel unsafe whatsoever. The hotel did not feel dated, in fact our room was very nice. The hotel was clean, the view from 50 floors up overlooking the Atlanta skyline was incredible, the beds were comfy, the shower was hot and the water pressure was good. The gym was nice. "
