“Room is modern and clean but has a few issues: 1. Curtain covers the air conditioner making it practically useless on a hot night 2. Stepping into the bathroom, the floor has a lip which is a trip hazard and nearly fell a few times 3. Outside is poorly maintained.”

“We arrive to find the room have the sheets changed and then it just seemed housekeeping ended cleaning. There was urine on the rim of the toilet, hair in the shower and food on the carpet. Cleaning and maintenance seems to be the main problem. It’s a shame; Staff was delightful. You could’ve been so much better. I actually canceled our next best Western stay at my expense because I couldn’t stomach the idea of having it happen again.”

“There were some issues regarding the code entry and heat. However, to his credit, the host took care of both problems immediately. We enjoyed our stay otherwise.”
