“Overall good stay, the only thing I would critique is noise at night when other hotel stayers are coming back. The rooms felt like they are made from plasterboard so you can hear door slams and talking in the corridor, but we had ground floor so experience may have been different in the upper floors. 8/10 though overall, the receptionist super friendly and nice.”

“The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!”

“The hotel is very run down. VERY bad shape. Bad smell is in the room. Very noisy , dirty floor. So much that the manager gave us an upgrade to a suite which was worse without internet, no phone to call for room service, no tv and a smell of dirty toilet. It is not cheap , hence by surprise”

“We absolutely LOVE everything in this hotel, had a great time spending our birthdays. Staff were all friendly, greets you with warm smiles. Our stay included Half board (Breakfast + Dinner), it was absolutely delightful dining & enjoying Spanish cuisine at its best. I couldn't ask for more. “The hotel is perfectly located a stone's throw from the gorgeous coast. As far as a European standard for a room, this was a surprisingly good size. The staff were very friendly and always smiling. The issue we had was that there was no railings or places to hang our towels or clothes in the shower. There was also neither a kettle nor a coffee machine in the room. The air conditioning could not be switched on which meant we had to have the balcony door open at night and could not sleep due to……
