"My staff is very courteous, but the Housekeeping was a little suspect. It wasn’t a daily thing which I wasn’t happy about it supposedly was on request for daily cleanup in their room. The pool downstairs were all taken off by 1 o’clock."

"First room we had pieces of the ceiling were on the floor we switched rooms only to have brown water coming out of the shower and all of the faucets. This was definitely not a good experience and the staff behind the desk were not cordial "

"Nothing wrong with hotel, except we were needing to make coffee in our room before our 3am Shuttle pick up. The coffee filter cartridge was the incorrect size for the machine in our room so we were not able to use it. Disappointed not to have our coffee to go, especially as the lobby did not start the morning coffee service until 6am. Other than that all was good. Nice, bright and clean, very friendly staff. "
