The condo was perfect; exactly as advertised. When we were not busy on the island, we just sat on the patio and enjoyed the panoramic view of the ocean. We will definitely be back!!!

Great condo and property. 24/7 ocean views thru all of January’s fickle weather…Sunrises, sunsets, storms, tides, fog, winds! Could have used one more floor lamp for reading in the living room. One lamp was used to work jigsaw puzzles at the dining room table. Responsive property manager for incidentals. Enjoyed our stay!

Overall a pretty, beachfront property. However, the property was not ready until almost 5pm when check in said 4pm. We had to request a parking pass as the one that was supposed to be provided in the unit was not available. At first, when we requested a pass upon finding out that one was not in the unit as the check in instructions stated they would be, one was sent over email which was not helpful as I don't pack a printer on my vacations. Additionally, there were not enough toilet paper or paper towels for a weekend stay. The check out instructions required us to start the dishwasher but no dishwasher detergent was in the unit. Overall, we had a good time because we were at the beach but it would have been better if the property were better managed.

Great for a week long family stay
This was perfect for our family beach vacation with young kids. We loved being so close to the beach and the ocean view was spectacular. Even on days when we spent less time on the beach due to weather, it was great having the wall of windows over-looking the ocean to still enjoy.

Great condo, very clean and had everything you need. Plenty of room for 5 of us. View of the Gulf from inside and the patio were perfect. Step outside the condo and walk right out onto the beach. We absolutely loved our stay. Thank you!

Lisa very slow to respond. We had no hot water in bedroom 1. She said she would call back, but never did. We were short towels. There were no toiletries. The parking lot was not available all 3 days due to it being painted. During the rains it was a wet trip to get inside.

Fabulous Location & Kid Friendly
We had an incredible experience on this property. To start off the location was perfect & the view was just amazing! We were next to the beach access that made the daily trip to the beach easy; the property has boogie boards and sand toys available it was so much fun. We took advantage of the pool daily as we wrapped up our daily routine. The kitchen on property had everything you needed to cook for the family. The bathrooms were modern and the condo was spacious. The only thing that was not available was a grill on property, but we still managed to have some incredible meals. All-in-all, if you’re looking for a great view, easy access and a beautiful condo this is your place.

Great week!
This property was great! Very clean and well decorated. Exactly as pictured! Convenience of the property to the beach was perfect. Some of our family stayed in another condo in the building and this one was nicer and more updated. Parking for more than one car is the only complaint. We really enjoyed our stay. And hope to stay there again.

condo was very nice there was one broken door lock which i let property manager know of right away and the tvs did not work the first night but was quickly resolved when i notified the property manager over all was a viery nice condo and very pleasant experience.

Nice stay
There were lots of windows to sit and look out onto the beach. It’s nice to have a beach view while cooking :). Everything was clean. The appliances are a little old. I struggled with the stove top, the dryer, and the dishwasher, but eventually got them to work. I would advise to bring linens. Some of the towels, sheets and comforters were worn and a little stained. Overall we had a decent stay :) it was very close to my extended family who booked a condo right down the beach from us!

Property Resembles All the Pics
This property was perfect. The beach access is right next to the condo. The property is on second floor of the building with great views of the beach. The only minor comment I have is the on-suite sink in the first bedroom to the right needs some Draino because it's clogged up. It takes nearly an hour for the water to drain. Also I wish the property had broom to use. All in all, book this property. It comes equipped with all you'd need for an extended (or even an short) stay.
