“The house was in good shape with everything working. It was clean. The host supplied a very nice coffee station with pods and creamers, but there is also a conventional basket brewer if one prefers.. It's in a good location just south of Gandy Blvd. The "mini-pool" is very tiny - more like a large hot tub without heat. Host was communicative and responsive. The checkout procedure was minimal, without any unreasonable requests. I would recommend.”

“The property was so clean and tidy and well decorated. The location was great for me and my friend who were staying as we were working on decorating a house in Tampa. This is a South Tampa location. The sheets and the pillows were the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced and in fact I contacted the owners to find out what brand name the pillows and sheets were. There was no pool at this location which was fine with with us. I would stay again at this property.Yvette ”
