“Although the residence itself was clean and modern, our stay was negatively affected by ants in both the kitchen and bathroom. Even more troubling was the loud, blaring noise from two neighboring outdoor night clubs all the way up to 2:00 a.m. This was extremely disruptive, and we were surprised that such a significant issue was not disclosed in the property description or reflected in prior reviews.”

“Nice and clean, very contemporary decorated. Beds were comfortable. More than enough kitchen supplies for cooking, nice to have creamer and sugar provided for coffee and well provided K-Pods for singular use.”

“Nice little property very clean. There was two of us staying for a full week and there was only three towels provided that was less than ideal and then we did not realize or see anywhere in the listing about the crazy bar scene one of the nights every single road was closed and we had to take a long route around to get to the house. There was drunk people literally standing in the lawn in front of the house. It didn’t feel unsafe or anything just not exactly what you want to see when you’re just……

“Excellent for the price. Very convenient for me and where I needed to be.”

“The location was great. Able to easily walk to bars/restaurants and central to most things around Tampa. The neighborhood is nice. You do hear the late night activity from the bars on the next street over but that didn’t bother us. The townhome itself was misrepresented in the photos. Zero curb appeal and the outdoor patio is a mess. The patio furniture is tattered/not cleaned, the hot tub wasn’t clean and the patio was trashed with moldy walls, broken patio bricks, beat up fencing, broken cafe……

“Very spacious, looks exactly as pictured, very clean, beds are comfortable, cozy. Walk to Hyde Park Center. Pool Area was nice, hallways were quiet. Nice rental, would rent again. Came for my son’s graduation, had Grandma and my daughter with me. All were happy.”

“I booked last minute and everything still went very smoothly from host communication, cleanliness, included bathroom amenities, space for parking (important with how narrow the streets can be), and AC. The bed and couch were very comfortable.Location was also great, away from the busier roads but also on the street with a stoplight for Bay to Bay, making it easier to get to businesses there.I was solo for just a few days so didn't cook much but my only suggestion would be a few additions to the……
