This place is behind her house, which i loved because I was staying alone and it made me feel safe. The studio is very clean, nicely decorated and has a full kitchen/full size refrigerator! Will definitely stay here again if available.”

“It was an older house. Could use some updating. Cold A/C and hot water were both on point The area is an older area that the town is trying to re-vamp. So lots of older and newer buildings. The outside of the rental does not make you feel warm and fuzzy, however we had no issues with the area or people around us. It is close to a lot of stuff which made getting around a breeze.”

“The location was great. Able to easily walk to bars/restaurants and central to most things around Tampa. The neighborhood is nice. You do hear the late night activity from the bars on the next street over but that didn’t bother us. The townhome itself was misrepresented in the photos. Zero curb appeal and the outdoor patio is a mess. The patio furniture is tattered/not cleaned, the hot tub wasn’t clean and the patio was trashed with moldy walls, broken patio bricks, beat up fencing, broken cafe……

“Very nicely renovated home! Myself and two other co-workers were in Tampa for a week on a business trip. Hotel rates are crazy!! We found this wonderful house to stay in for our trip. Great communication from the hosts. All rooms have king beds! I got lucky and snagged the bedroom off the kitchen area with the super nice walk in shower. Coffee maker does both pods and drip! We didn’t need the laundry however, the machines were brand new and the hosts gave us pods.”

“I had such a great stay here! The place was super cozy, clean, and honestly just really cute. The location was perfect too, with so many good places to eat and explore nearby, which made everything so convenient. I loved how comfortable and well kept everything was, and it had such a nice, relaxing vibe. Whether you’re going for a quick trip or a longer stay, this spot is definitely worth it. I would 100% recommend. ”
