“The only thing there were no forks, no spoons during breakfast time coffee was empty. It was eventually fixed but we were in a time crunch to get out.”

“To visit the caverns, we have to choose a hotel in Carlsbad. There was not much options out there. Everything was OK here, with an unfair price though. However I would assume there hardly is a better option around this area.”

“The breakfast menu was one of the best breakfasts I've ever had at a hotel, my family loved it, I loved it and our room was amazing! The staff was all friendly unfortunately the pool is not heated but my kids still had a great time even in the middle of March it was still warm enough during the day to swim”
