“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. “Dwain was very helpful before and during our stay. The unit is really cozy but with enough space that we were able to have a few friends in for appetizers one evening and weren't on top of each other. The second bedroom was reconfigured to 2 twin beds which worked well for us. Easy access to everywhere we needed to be on this trip. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay here again on future trips.”
