“we visited Waynesboro to see my brother and sister-in-law after their recent move from the Northeast. The house was extremely welcoming and very clean. The first floor bedroom was a perfect fit for my 97 year old father. The beds were comfortable and the table was large enough for a family meal. Backyard was also a bonus! Great spot and close to all activities.”

“We had an amazing stay while visiting our daughter at JMU. Check-in and check out was a breeze. Our host Lisa was very responsive and an absolute pleasure. Lisa's horse farm was tucked away in the back of their property. It was quiet, cozy and the horses were so friendly. We walked to the river, it was beautiful! We stargazed and took pics of galaxies that are not viewable from Florida. Overall it was above 5 stars! We will be back. Thank you Lisa!!!!”

“I cannot recommend this stay enough! Trisha and her family were such welcoming hosts (including their two beautiful English Mastiffs). I’ve never experienced such an accommodating stay - small food AND drinks were provided along with an adorable array of homemade jams, soaps, etc for purchase. The stay felt like it was straight out of a movie. Beautiful views, quaint decor, and 10/10 hospitality made for a truly memorable stay.”

“The house has lots of space—really good sized rooms—and plenty of towels, linens, outdoor furniture and equipment, etc. to make your stay comfortable. Beautiful view of the mountains and incredible stars on a clear night. We stayed for my daughter’s graduation from JMU and it was close enough to be convenient.”
