“The house was absolutely beautiful and on such an amazing property. The hosts were easy to contact and were very nice as well. It was the perfect place for a weekend getaway or even a longer stay, waking up to the horses and cows every morning was a dream. It’s in the perfect location if you want to hike in Shenandoah and it’s not too far from other places either! Would 10/10 recommend staying here, I can’t wait to come back! ”

We enjoyed walking to the river during the day and sitting by the fire pit at night. “The host was very responsive to my questions. The cabin is gem. It is next to a river in a secluded area in the woods but we went to several wineries. Or, you can just take a walk down to the river and see deer. We would go back to this cabin in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.”

“Our family vacation was wonderful at the Fireside Lodge. The room setup worked perfectly for our family with the children on the lower level and the adults on the top level. We loved the decorating scheme and the awesome light fixtures. The dining room’s custom made table was beautiful and so roomy and we spent lots of time there talking, eating, and playing game. The location was perfect away from the traffic yet close to everything. We hope to stay there again when we travel to Massanutten.……
