"Front desk staff member Abi left a positive first impression and it was a great stay from the jump. I loved the view of the Watchman and pool from our window and the room was quite spacious. Breakfast had options that changed every day and they always had their hot beverage machine and fresh fruit available in the lobby. The breakfast staff worked really hard to keep the super busy breakfast area clean and well-stocked. Incredibly easy to get on the Springdale shuttle to and from Zion. We had an issue with the toilet and were given a plunger to DIY, which was fine, but I did have to walk to the lobby to get it due to there being only one front desk staff. My mom did see a cockroach in the bathroom one night, and it ran out of the room into the hallway. Overall however, the hotel seemed to be in good condition and the pool area was nice with its own bathroom and shower. I would definitely stay here again!"
